New England Sporting Car Club

New England Sporting Car Club is based in Armidale NSW and conducts regular motorkhana and khanacross events. These events are held at the traffic education centre in Armidale on a concrete skidpan. Club members also compete in car rallies and rally sprints.

This year the club has conducted Round 3 of the NSW Motorkhana Championship on 7th/8th April and will be hosting the final round of the NSW Khanacross Series on December 8th/9th, using the concrete skidpan at the Traffic Ed Centre. This will be the only sealed surface khanacross that the regular NSW competitors will drive on in 2018. They will have to handle our local club khanacross ace, David Opie in his Evo 5.

Monday 3rd December 

     ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING at 8pm at Armidale Exservices Club, upstairs in one of the meeting rooms. All members please attend so we can organise exceutive for 2019!

 Sat/Sun 8th/9th December 

   STATE KAHNACROSS at Traffic Ed Centre skidpan. Be there at 12:30 am to sign up and for scrutineering, event start at 1pm SATURDAY, Finish about 5 PM. Sunday be there 8:30am for a 9am start , finish about 2pm. Entry fee $60 for both days. Spectators free, just drive in to watch. Canteen with food and drinks all day Sunday. TO DRIVE IN THIS EVENT YOU MUST HAVE CURRENT CLUB MEMBERSHIP, CAMS LICENCE, HELMET, and FIRE EXT MOUNTED IN CAR.
